Digital Coordination & Participation Layer
SHIP functions as the digital coordination and participation layer of the Ethra ecosystem. Structured as a utility token, it enables governance signaling, ecosystem engagement, and access to designated digital platform features established within the SHIP framework.
The token may be distributed through ecosystem participation programs, strategic initiatives, or other allocation mechanisms determined by the issuer in accordance with applicable legal and operational standards.
Holders of SHIP may participate in governance processes relating to ecosystem development, digital infrastructure evolution, community initiatives, and certain treasury-related proposals, subject to defined governance rules and applicable regulatory constraints.
Participation rights are limited to governance signaling and ecosystem engagement functions. SHIP does not grant ownership rights, revenue participation, dividend entitlement, or claims on maritime assets or investment vehicles.
Token holders may also access tier-based ecosystem privileges, which may include structured informational access, community programs, governance-weight enhancements, or other non-financial participation benefits determined by the protocol.
