Ethra Invest Company SPC has been established to enable Investors to invest with direct exposure in Vessels assets.

Investments are managed by highly skilled professionals proficient in both technical and commercial aspects of the shipping and maritime sectors. Technical management will be undertaken by Maryam Shipmanagement DMCC and commercial management to be undertaken by TMC Ship Management DMCC or any other commercial managers to be appointed by the Investment Manager.

It is envisaged that Investors will benefit from regular and stable cash flows arising from the effective hiring and placing of the Vessel.

The Investment Manager aims to leverage these investments to capitalize on the attractive opportunities presented within the industry for growth and returns.
