Saeed Al-Marri is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across banking, investment management, and strategic operations within the Middle East. His career spans senior roles at leading institutions including Ooredoo (Qtel), Qatar Islamic Bank, and Qatar Steel, where he built a strong foundation in capital strategy, operational leadership, and institutional client management.
As Founder and CEO of Ethra Invest, Saeed leads the firm's strategic vision, capital allocation framework, and long-term investment positioning across maritime private equity and structured asset platforms. Under his leadership, Ethra Invest has developed a disciplined investment model focused on asset-backed strategies, governance rigor, and institutional execution standards.

Prior to founding Ethra Invest, Saeed held executive and senior management positions including CEO of Investment House, Assistant Director at Ooredoo Qatar, and Branch Manager and International Investment Manager at Qatar Islamic Bank. These roles strengthened his expertise in investment structuring, capital deployment, and cross-border financial operations.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Glamorgan and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Qatar University. His academic background is complemented by advanced professional training in project management, finance, and strategic marketing.
Saeed has also served in advisory and committee roles across financial and cooperative institutions, contributing to governance oversight and strategic decision-making processes.
Emad Shahin is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience across banking, asset management, and structured private equity. As COO & Investment Director at Ethra Invest, he oversees strategic execution, capital structuring, and governance across the firm's maritime investment platform.
His experience spans the design and management of asset-backed investment vehicles, segregated portfolio structures, and institutional-grade private equity strategies. Emad has led the sourcing, structuring, and operational oversight of maritime assets within the global dry bulk sector, working alongside technical and commercial management partners to implement disciplined capital deployment frameworks.
With a background in finance and risk management, Emad focuses on building structured investment architectures that balance operational execution with regulatory robustness. His work integrates traditional asset management discipline with evolving digital infrastructure frameworks, supporting the convergence of real-world assets and blockchain-enabled ecosystems.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Ain Shams University and is an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Ahmed Fahmy is a seasoned finance executive with over 24 years of international experience across private equity, manufacturing, FMCG, maritime logistics, franchise operations, and investment platforms. As Chief Financial Officer of Ethra Invest, he leads the firm's financial strategy, capital planning, treasury management, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance across its maritime and private equity activities.
Ahmed brings deep expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), advanced financial modeling, cash flow optimization, credit facility structuring, and governance frameworks. At Ethra Invest, he oversees budgeting, forecasting, investment performance monitoring, liquidity management, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring disciplined capital allocation and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Ethra Invest, Ahmed held senior finance leadership roles across the GCC, including CFO and Finance Manager positions within manufacturing, logistics, and multinational franchise groups. His experience spans full-cycle financial management, ERP system implementation (Microsoft Dynamics), working capital optimization, tax compliance, and multi-jurisdictional reporting. He has also led internal audit functions, strengthened governance structures, and supported due diligence and investigative audit engagements across diverse industries.
Ahmed began his career with BDO International as an external auditor, gaining broad exposure to banking, private equity, brokerage, industrial, and food & beverage sectors. This foundation strengthened his analytical rigor and control-oriented approach to financial management.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration (Accounting) from Helwan University and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ISACA. He has completed executive certifications in Private Equity and Venture Capital (Bocconi University) and advanced financial modeling.

Maha Eissa is a senior finance and operations executive with extensive experience across wealth management, private banking, and institutional investment structuring within the GCC region. As Head of Operations at Ethra Invest, she leads the firm's operational governance framework, execution architecture, and institutional infrastructure development. She oversees investment operations, compliance coordination, performance optimization, and cross-functional integration, ensuring disciplined execution and scalable, institutional-grade standards across Ethra's asset platforms.
In parallel with her operational leadership, Maha contributes strategically to asset growth and investor engagement initiatives. Her expertise spans private equity structures, asset-backed investment strategies, portfolio management, and high-net-worth advisory. She plays a key role in structuring investment solutions, strengthening investor relationships, and supporting the firm's portfolio expansion through a structured, risk-aware approach.
Prior to joining Ethra Invest, Maha held senior positions at leading regional financial institutions, including Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Investment House Qatar, and Barwa Bank, where she managed substantial client portfolios and delivered consistent growth through strategic financial planning and investment structuring.
Maha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Transformation from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration. She combines financial rigor, operational discipline, and strategic foresight to support sustainable asset growth and long-term investor value creation.
Razan Kamal is a marketing professional with over nine years of experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and campaign management across the banking and financial services sectors. As Marketing Specialist at Ethra Invest, she supports the execution of integrated marketing strategies designed to strengthen brand positioning, enhance investor engagement, and support business growth across regional and international markets.
Her role encompasses digital and social media strategy, targeted content development, market research, and performance-driven campaign execution. Razan works closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with Ethra's broader investment objectives and institutional positioning.
Prior to joining Ethra Invest, Razan held marketing roles at established financial institutions including United Capital Bank and the National Bank of Egypt, where she contributed to strategic planning, budget management, customer acquisition initiatives, and loyalty programs. Her experience combines analytical rigor with creative execution, supporting measurable brand expansion and customer engagement.
Razan is currently pursuing her Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification, reinforcing her commitment to continuous professional development and strategic marketing excellence.
