Real-World Asset (RWA) Platform Architecture
Since 2021, Ethra has originated, structured, and managed a portfolio of dry bulk vessels through segregated maritime investment vehicles. The platform continues to evaluate opportunities for disciplined fleet expansion within defined risk parameters.
As part of its broader capital structuring strategy, Ethra may establish selected maritime investment vehicles under real-world asset (RWA) frameworks. Such vehicles, where implemented, are designed to provide eligible participants with structured exposure to vessel-level performance through legally constituted and independently governed entities, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Any RWA issuance constitutes a standalone financial instrument governed by its own legal documentation, compliance framework, and investor eligibility standards.
RWA structures are legally, economically, and operationally separate from SHIP.
The SHIP ecosystem functions as a digital coordination and governance layer and does not represent ownership, entitlement, or financial interest in any maritime investment vehicle.
The broader architecture therefore establishes two structurally distinct layers:
Eligible participants may invest directly in regulated maritime vehicles structured under applicable legal frameworks. These vehicles operate independently and are governed by their own terms, risk disclosures, and financial mechanics.
SHIP holders participate in ecosystem governance, digital coordination mechanisms, and non-financial participation frameworks within the protocol.
No automatic economic linkage exists between maritime vehicle performance and SHIP token value. Any ecosystem-level initiatives are discretionary and subject to governance and legal constraints.
